Booking and Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are NON refundable. For a firm booking, payments should be made in advance, NON refundable. Otherwise the company cannot guarantee availability.

Driver Conduct
Drivers are expected to adhere to all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
Drivers must maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.

Liability
TripAvip is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client or their passengers, unless caused by the Company's negligence.
TripAvip is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond its control, such as weather conditions or traffic congestion.

Insurance
TripAvip maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its vehicles and drivers.

Additional Considerations
Data Privacy
TripAvip uses Client data in compliance with relevant data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).​

General Pet Policy
Allowed Pets
Dogs and cats are generally NOT allowed in our vehicles.
Local Laws
We adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding the transportation of pets. This may include requirements for vaccinations, permits, or additional documentation.
Passenger Comfort
While we strive to accommodate all passengers, we also understand that some individuals may have allergies or sensitivities to pets. We will make every effort to balance the needs of pet owners with the comfort of all passengers.
Service Animals
Service animals, as defined by applicable law, are always welcome in our vehicles.

All TripAvip vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
Vehicles are equipped with appropriate child safety restraints, such as car seats or booster seats, as required by law.​
Child Restraint Requirements
TripAvip will always comply with the specific child restraint laws in the jurisdiction where the service is provided.
Parents or guardians are responsible for providing the appropriate child restraint for their child and ensuring it is properly installed and used.
If a child restraint is not provided, the driver will not be able to transport the child.​
Emergency Procedures
All TripAvip drivers are trained in emergency procedures, including first aid and CPR.
Vehicles are equipped with emergency kits, including first aid supplies and a fire extinguisher.
In case of an emergency, drivers are instructed to follow established protocols to ensure the safety of all passengers.​
Child Supervision
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children while they are in the vehicle.
Special Needs
If a child has special needs or requires additional accommodations, please notify Tripavip in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Other Terms and Conditions​​
➤ NO credit card fees
➤ 15 min, waiting time, free of charge (applicable for city pick ups / point to point trips).
➤ 1 hour waiting time, free of charge (applicable for airport pick ups, after the landing time).
➤ 20% public holidays surcharge.
➤ 10% late night surcharge (00:00 - 06:00).
➤ Tips are not included but are deeply appreciated.
1. All deposits are NON refundable.
2. Seat belts must be worn at all times as required by law.
3. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
4. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the 5. rental by them or any members of their party.
6. A fee of 100.00 euro for each carpet or seat burn.
7. Sanitation fee is 200.00 euro.
8. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client).
9. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
10. Eating / Drinking Alcohol or Drugs / Smoking or Vaping are not permitted in all our cars. It is prohibited by law, too.
11. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
12. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
13. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Luggage can only be placed in the trunk of our cars.

Lost and Found Policy
The policy adheres to relevant legal frameworks and industry standards.
This policy applies to all TripAvip chauffeurs and staff involved in the operation of TripAvip vehicles.​
Identification and Reporting
Chauffeurs must inspect vehicles thoroughly at the end of each trip or shift.
Any items found in the vehicle should be immediately reported to the designated lost and found coordinator.
The coordinator will log the item, noting its location, description, and any identifying marks.
Safekeeping
All found items will be stored securely in a designated lost and found area.
Personal information or sensitive data found within the items will be handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with data protection laws.
Attempts to Contact the Owner
The coordinator will attempt to contact the owner using any identifying information found within the item, such as contact details, business cards, or identification documents.
If contact is unsuccessful, the item will be held for a specified period, as required by applicable laws.
Disposal or Donation
If the owner cannot be located within the specified timeframe, the item may be disposed of or donated to a charitable organization.
Disposal or donation will be carried out in accordance with local regulations.
Data Protection
TripAvip will comply with all applicable data protection laws when handling personal information found within lost items.
Consumer Rights
The company will adhere to consumer rights legislation regarding the return of lost property.
Liability
TripAvip will not be liable for the loss or damage of items left in its vehicles, except where negligence can be proven.
Review and Updates
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its continued compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
